Yes! The app is free to all users and is called Truecoach For Clients.
It can be found in both the Apple app store and the Google app store. The interface is very straightforward and will contain all historical data from prior sessions. I think it is easier to use as well especially if you are training on your own. To access the app, you use the same login credentials as you would on the desktop /browser version.

If there is one thing I have learned from seven years of in-person training, is that everyone needs a 5 minute buffer between appointments.
There are two ways to schedule training with me, via this website or via text/email.
You can book one-time appointments with me through my website using the scheduling tab in the main menu or the "check availability" button at the bottom of the home page. This feature allows you to view my availability and schedule a training session in any open time slot. You will then receive an auto-confirmation and calendar invite from me.
For any recurring training requests, I will also schedule that separately through a calendar series. At this point, there is no option for you to request a recurring session through this website, but if you see that I have the time available going forward, just text/email me and ask!
** If you need to do a last minute rescheduling/cancellation, please just text me to assure I see and can respond to your message in a timely manner. **

I will invite you to all training sessions via email invite. If there is a session in the calendar that has been accepted and agreed upon, I will be there!
I offer pricing options for single-session/weekly billing, session package purchases, and monthly programming.

Essentially, you choose the plan that works best for you, and I process the payment. All you need to do is input your credit card info in your Truecoach profile (stored securely) either on the desktop version or app, and I do the rest!
If you prefer purchasing a training session package, that is a one-time charge that I bill with your confirmation.
If you prefer weekly billing (session-by-session), I process the payment after your last session of the week. This allows me to apply any session discounts based on frequency!
Nothing is automated, or set on recurring, and I will always ask permission before running any purchase for bulk session packs. (For example, if you are due to re-up, but have to wait a week or so for personal reasons, it's totally fine with me.)

All clients that complete live training with me on a weekly basis (or twice, or three times per week, etc) will have the remainder of their calendar filled in each week to the extent that we have agreed upon. That extra programming (extra strength, cardio, rest) is included within your session rate.
I offer monthly program options where all sessions are written by me and completed solo by you. Instead of meeting live, I review the session tracking that you submit after each workout, and then progress you accordingly for the following week!
**Additionally, all programming clients still have the option to meet with me weekly for a 15 minute check in, (or one hour total that month to use however you like).** This is outlined in the description of the monthly programming offering.

As we first meet to discuss current goals, we can discuss some items that might make sense to have in a home gym (like bands, mat, stretch straps, a few weights, etc). But I will always tailor your program to what you have available!
Right now, no, this business will be fully remote for the foreseeable future.
The one exception: if you are looking to schedule a running, walking, or biking session and we can figure out a time that works for both of us, then I am happy to meet in person!

12 hours cancellation, with any emergency cancellations excused - no questions asked.
Barring emergencies: all sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the start of your session. Sessions cancelled within a 12 hour window will be charged, but you are welcome to book a new time with me within the week for a makeup. Any no-shows or sessions cancelled within 2 hours of the start time will be charged and no makeup session will be offered.
You can email or text me at any point to cancel or reschedule your session, and the timestamp will reflect the cancellation time. You can also decline your calendar invite that you received through Gmail (which will email me your cancellation). You can also rebook yourself using this link and in the notes section, simply write the session date & time that you are cancelling/rebooking.
